Signature builder

Build it, preview it, install it

Nothing is saved in the public builder. Every field stays in this browser.

Start from your website

Paste your company's web address. We read the public page and propose the logo, colours, address, phone and social links — you can change anything.

01

Your details

Start with neutral sample data, then replace every field.

Credential badges

Partner status, certifications or awards. Up to four, text only — no image to host and nothing that can break later.

Brand, images and campaign banner

Use a public HTTPS link ending in .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif or .webp.

Team Signature Health

A signature generator solves one person. The free HubSpot app solves rollout.

Bring in the HubSpot user roster, set one brand kit, give every teammate a secure builder link and see who has self-confirmed installation. The app never claims to install a personal CRM signature automatically.

Installation status is self-confirmed by each user; the app cannot inspect personal signature settings.

How it works

From individual signature to a controlled team standard

01

Create

Build EN and HE versions with validated links, optional images and per-network social controls.

02

Install

Use the client-specific copy action and follow the exact steps for HubSpot or Gmail.

03

Roll out

Connect HubSpot for a shared brand kit, roster and self-confirmed team status.

Bilingual by design

Hebrew is not an English template flipped to the right.

The renderer isolates mixed Hebrew and English text, phone numbers, URLs and hyphenated job titles so they remain readable in real email clients—not only in the preview.

Security and privacy

Small scope, explicit controls, honest limits.

Public builder

Runs in your browser and does not save the personal details you enter. Connect HubSpot and you can save your own signatures, encrypted, to reuse later.

Generated HTML

Escapes text, allows only approved URL types and uses no scripts or tracking pixels.

HubSpot app

Requests the user-roster scope for rollout; it does not request contacts, companies or deals.

Installation

You copy and save the signature yourself. Status in the team view is self-confirmed.

Free product, practical service

The tool stays free. IV-LEAD can handle the rollout when the work is bigger than the tool.

Use the generator and HubSpot app at no charge. For complex templates, image hosting, compliance review or company-wide deployment, ask IV-LEAD for a Signature Rollout Sprint.

Straight answers before you install

Can the app automatically replace every user's HubSpot signature?

No. HubSpot does not document a public API for writing personal CRM signatures. The app standardizes generation, guides installation and tracks self-confirmed completion.

Why is HubSpot copy different from Gmail copy?

HubSpot's HTML editor is most reliable with the generated HTML source. Gmail accepts a rich clipboard payload. The tool gives each client the right copy action.

Can I choose individual social networks?

Yes. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X can each be enabled or removed independently, and enabled links must use the official network domain.

Can I use a headshot, logo or campaign banner?

Yes, with a public HTTPS image URL. The renderer validates the file type and excludes unsafe or local URLs.

Does it work in Hebrew?

Yes. Hebrew is rendered with RTL direction and bidi isolation while emails, URLs and phone numbers stay LTR.

What does the HubSpot app read?

The v1 app reads HubSpot users for the rollout roster. It does not request contact, company or deal data.
